ХН45МВТЮБР (ЭП718)
ХН45МВТЮБР (ЭП718) is a Fe Ni Cr Based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy with a serviceability of less than 750℃. Chromium, tungsten and molybdenum are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, titanium, aluminum and niobium are added to form aging strengthening phase, and trace boron, zirconium and other elements are added to purify and strengthen grain boundaries.

Features
The alloy has high strength, good plasticity, low expansion coefficient and long-term use of microstructure temperature; The alloy has good hot working plasticity and satisfactory welding, cold forming and cutting properties.
Applications
The alloy is suitable for making plate welded load-bearing structural parts of jet engines working below 700℃, as well as gas turbine rotors and compressor blades working below 600 ℃ for a long time.
