ХН45Ю (ЭП747)
ХН45Ю (ЭП747) is a Fe Ni Cr Based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy. It is used in solid solution state. The long-term working temperature is 1100-1250 degrees and the short-term working temperature can reach 1300℃.

Features
The alloy has high strength, good microstructure stability, excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The alloy has good welding performance and can be welded by various processes.
Applications
The alloy is mainly used to make high-temperature anti-oxidation parts in aviation and aerospace engine combustion chambers and processing combustion chambers. It is also used to make heat-resistant parts such as furnace rollers, transmission devices, thermowells and so on. It is especially suitable for high temperature oxidation resistant device parts used in petrochemical, nuclear energy, metallurgy and other fields.
