ХН50ВМТЮБ (ЭП648) is a Ni Cr Based precipitation hardening deformed superalloy, with a long-term service temperature of less than 900 ℃ and a short-term service temperature of 1100 ℃.

Features
The alloy is characterized by the addition of Cr32%, which makes it have excellent thermal corrosion resistance. At the same time, the alloy has medium strength, good fatigue and creep resistance, good cold working performance and welding performance.
Applications
The alloy is suitable for high-temperature structural parts requiring excellent corrosion resistance at 900-1100 ℃. It is mainly used for advanced aero-engine combustion chamber components and other hot end components.
