1J34, 1J40, 1J51, 1J52, 1J65, 1J67, 1J83
Soft magnetic alloys with rectangular hysteresis loop has the characteristics of magnetic anisotropy. Its easy magnetization direction is close to the rectangular hysteresis loop, the moment magnetic ratio Br / BS is usually more than 85%, and has high saturation magnetic induction intensity. Make magnetic amplifier, choke coil, rectifier coil and computer device components working in medium magnetic field.

Note:
Saturation magnetic induction of 1J34, 1J40, 1J51 and 1J52 is measured at a magnetic field intensity between 200A/m and 2400A/m. Saturation magnetic induction of 1J65, 1J67 and 1J83 is measured at a magnetic field intensity of 800A/m.
The core loss of 1J40(Ⅰ) should be measured at the temperature -40℃, +20℃ and +100℃.
P1/400 and P1/4000 mean the core losses at 400Hz and 3000Hz respectively and they should be tested at the peak value of magnetic induction of 1T.
Brs referring to the squareness ratio(Br/Bm) means the magnetic induction at a magnetic field intensity of 80A/m.
Feature
With crystallization/magnetic texture and rectangular hysteresis loop, fairly high maximum permeability and saturation magnetic induction.
Applications
Components of medium/small power magnetic amplifier, double polarity pulse transformer, saturation inductor, magnetic regulator, contactless relay, contact rectifiers reactor, amplitude modulator, pinnacle suppresser, calculation equipment and apparatus etcs.
