FeNi Glass Sealing Alloy
Alloy 42 (Nilo 42)
Iron nickel alloy with constant expansion has a certain coefficient of hot wire expansion in a certain range. It is mainly used for matching sealing with soft glass or corresponding ceramics in electric vacuum industry.

FeNi Glass Sealing Alloys take on a constant linear expansion coefficient under a certain range of temperature.
Applications
They are mainly used for match sealing soft glass in ceramic.
