C263
C263 is a nickel base precipitation hardening equiaxed grain casting superalloy with service temperature below 850 ℃. Aluminum, chromium, cobalt and molybdenum are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, and aluminum, titanium and other elements are added to form γ Aging strengthening phase.

Features
The alloy has good comprehensive mechanical properties and fatigue resistance, good oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good casting and welding properties.
Applications
The alloy has been used to manufacture parts requiring high oxidation resistance in aviation engine and, such as inner and outer mounting edge of support plate, fuel inlet edge, air pipe joint, igniter, diffuser, etc
