Project Description
Soft Magnetic Alloys with High Permeability and Higher Saturation Magnetic Induction
1J46, 1J50, 1J54
This kind of alloy has high permeability and high saturation magnetic induction. It mainly produces iron cores of various transformers, relays and electromagnetic clutches working in medium magnetic field.
1J50 soft magnetic alloy has high saturation magnetic induction strength and low coercivity. In iron nickel soft magnetic alloy, it has low static permeability. The process performance of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy is relatively stable, creating a good condition for mass production of parts with consistent magnetic properties. It is applied in servo products, such as armature, upper and lower guide magnets, iron core and other parts. In the process of part processing, H2 protective atmosphere is usually used for annealing to obtain good magnetic properties, so as to meet the requirements of part design and use.
