Soft Magnetic Alloys with High Saturation Magnetic Induction
1J21, 1J22, 1J27
Soft magnetic alloys have the highest saturation magnetic induction strength 2.4T, high Curie point 980℃ and the highest saturation manetostrictive coefficient 60-100*10-6. Because the high saturation magnetic induction, in the production of the same power of the motor, can greatly reduce large volume. In the electromagnet, in the same cross-sectional area can produce large suction force. Because of the high curie point, the alloys can work at higher temperature where other other soft magnetic alloys have been completely demagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability. Because of the largest magnetostrictive coefficient, it is very suitable for the magnetostrctive transducer with high output energy and high working efficiency. The resistivity of the alloy is low 0.27μΩ·m, so it is not suitable to be used in the high frequency.
