K403
K403 is a nickel base precipitation hardening equiaxed cast superalloy. The alloy is comprehensively strengthened by a variety of metal elements at a service temperature below 1000 ℃.

Features
The alloy has high high temperature strength, and the lasting strength at 1000 ℃ and 100h can reach 150MPa, and the lasting strength at 1000h can reach 94Mpa.
Applications
The alloy has good casting performance and can cast precision castings with complex shapes. It is suitable for making gas turbine guide blades working below 1000 degrees and turbine rotor blades and other parts working below 900 degrees.
