Mar-M002
Mar-M002 is a nickel base precipitation hardening equiaxed grain casting superalloy with service temperature below 1000 ℃. The medium temperature and high temperature level of the alloy belongs to the highest level of the existing equiaxed cast nickel base superalloy.

Features
The alloy has good microstructure temperature, high temperature oxidation resistance and heat-resistant corrosion resistance. The sampling performance of parts is close to that of single cast samples, and the dispersion of performance data is small. The alloy has good casting process performance, but because it contains more tungsten, tantalum and hafnium elements, it has higher density than other equiaxed cast nickel base superalloys.
Applications
The alloy has been used to make working blades of pressure cooker turbine and integrally cast turbine of aeroengine.
