Soft Magnetic Alloys with High Initial Permeability

1J76, 1J77, 1J79, 1J80, 1J85, 1J86

This kind of iron nickel alloy with high permeability has high initial permeability. Make all kinds of transformer iron core, transformer, magnetic amplifier, choke iron core and magnetic shield working in weak magnetic field.

1J79 is an alloy with high initial permeability, which is second only to silicon steel sheet and electrical pure iron. Compared with other soft magnetic alloys, these alloys have high permeability and low coercivity in low magnetic field. Some alloys also have rectangular hysteresis loop, or low residual magnetic induction intensity and constant permeability.

1J79 alloy has good rust resistance and processing performance, and can make components with extremely precise shape and size. Because the resistivity of this kind of alloy is higher than that of pure iron and silicon steel sheet, and it is easy to be processed into thin strips, even ultra-thin strips below a few microns, which are suitable for high frequencies below a few MHz.
